If you are looking for a service/repair spot for your VW vehicle, look no further, Peter at Zape Motors is the man. Peter is definitely the master tech. I asked him many questions related to mechanical and electrical and Peter knows all about those. For example, in Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Parking, and Headlight functions coding, Peter has all kinds of knowledge to answer my questions. Many technicians and advisors who work in the dealer don't know your car that well compared to Peter.
I was here to replace a part and Peter was able to get it from a dealer at a very reasonable price. I am super happy because I know if I take my car to the dealer they would drain my bank account for labor fees.
Furthermore, Peter even added oil for free because my car just like any other VW would consume engine oil easily.
Peter's knowledge is absolutely on another level, I will definitely come back for any further issues!

Always have had a terrible experience
I do all the work on my car by myself but when going big turbo on my 2016 Jetta GLI I wasn't able to get my waste-gate actuator calibrated myself as it require expensive diagnostics tool

I called up 7 shops not being able to find a single one that knew what I was talking about. They would all say "they should all come pre calibrated" or to "jus take it to the dealership" which as a tuned car is a big no no
VW dealership will flag ur car to the DMV
Was basically turned down by every place I tried

Finally I stumbled upon Zape had great reviews so I decided to give a call

I'd been having issues with my air suspension (Audi A8L) and Zakhar and Peter were able to diagnose and fix within 24 hours. At a more than fair price! They're not pushy or salesy at all which in my experience most auto shops are. I'll be bringing my car and wife's car to them and will be recommending to all my friends.

Zack and Peter were both super friendly and knowledgeable with what they do. They were able to find and resolve a problem that had perplexed me for several days. Finally putting an end to my anxiety. During the diagnostic, they were also able to point out a leak with the water pump. They provided me with a fair estimate and even gave me a discount on de-carbing as well. Though they are a bit away from where I'm at. I wouldn't mind taking my car back to them knowing full well it'll be in good hands.

My husbands car had a check engine light that was on for a couple of days. I wanted to go to a mechanic that specializes in Audi's and after a quick search, I found Zape Motors. Peter and Zakhar helped me with a valve cover gasket oil leak on my VW CC at the fraction of the cost of what a dealership quotes and completed the repair within a very short turnaround time. Not only are they highly professional mechanics, but also great explainers of all the parts and steps involved. They really know their stuff, are very friendly and just fun to chat with.
